2.1 Our Customers Use

Customers use the service to create communication campaigns for sales, marketing, or customer success purposes. ColdGenius doesn't control campaign content or collected information types. Customer information belongs to them and follows their privacy policies. ColdGenius processes information as directed by customers and per their agreements.

Sensitive information includes credit/debit card numbers, financial account information, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's licenses, racial or ethnic origin, health condition information, employment or financial information, and credentials for ColdGenius applications or connected email accounts.

Website exploration requires no personal information. ColdGenius collects information when you register, including navigational data about your browsing.

3.7 Google User Data

Connecting a Gmail account grants ColdGenius permissions to access your Gmail to detect replies to ColdGenius-sent emails. The service stores only emails sent via ColdGenius and received responses for reply detection and access. Authentication tokens and account email addresses are securely stored for account functionality. Data won't be voluntarily shared with third parties except upon lawful legal request.

Disconnecting your Gmail account or closing your account removes all Google-sourced data from ColdGenius servers permanently. ColdGenius doesn't use customer data for advertising, including personalized or interest-based advertising.

4. Use of Information We Collect

4.1 Navigational Data, Cookies and Web Beacons
